Tasting notes:
Brillant and intense ruby color. Aromas of red fruit like rasberries, strawberries and cherries, also violets and chocolate. Slightly spicy. Fruity in the mouth with soft tannins and well balanced. A vigorous attractive wine, combing strength and firmness with delicacy and elegance.

Ideal for white meat, small game, such as quail and pheasant and soft cheeses.

59-63 F (15-17 C)

Eagles Rock Pinot Noir

Elegant and expressive young wines, with a charming balance of fruit and oak exposing the true varietal character.
Hand-harvested and selected grapes, from own low-yielding vineyards (10.000-12.000 kg/ha and 2.5 Kg per plant).
50% is aged for 6 months in oak barrels. 50% in stainless-steel vats at controlled temperature, plus 3 months in the bottle.
